What is it?

Computers used to be for computer people.

Now they're for all of us, but the reality is that they are still complicated pieces of equipment, usually with several elements attached (printer, scanner, etc) often from different manufacturers. There is complex software, some of which comes ready loaded, some of which we install ourselves. If we are on the Internet there are websites and e-mail to make use of.

There are always new things to learn and sometimes problems to be solved.
